Addiction Medicine Medical Director opening in ORLocated in Lebanon, ORFull-Time & PermanentSeeking a full time Addiction Medicine Physician to join the team in Lebanon, OR.

• 4.5 - 5 day a week schedule, M - F.
• 27 patient facing hours a week, split between residential patients and recovery clinic

• Collaborative environment working closely with 4 addiction medicine clinicians, CDACs, peer supports and larger care team to coordinate care and ensure seamless support
