The university seeks adjunct faculty for its Sport Administration focused Master of Business Administration program. These positions involve teaching one or two courses per semester on a part-time basis. Underrepresented populations in higher education are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Courses are delivered 100% online. Adjunct faculty will spend 5-9 hours weekly on course development, student engagement, email correspondence, virtual office hours, grading, and implementing best practices for graduate business education. Interaction with the Program Director for program assessment, including providing data on student performance and course alignment with learning outcomes, is required. Participation in professional development and departmental efforts is encouraged. Qualifications include an academic doctorate in a relevant sport administration or business discipline. Industry experience in sport governance, finance, public relations, social media, marketing, or administration is preferred. Online teaching experience (2+ years) and evidence of ongoing online teaching education are required. Critical and creative thinking skills are essential.
