Appliance Installer

Installation Pros – Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Full-Time | $35,000–$150,000 per year plus commission of sales. (based on skill and experience)

Installation Pros (Installation Pro Plumbing LLC) specializes in professional appliance and plumbing fixture installations across Southern California. We work with major retailers and builders, installing everything from dishwashers and microwaves to high-end ranges, refrigerators, and water heaters. Our team takes pride in delivering quality work, professionalism, and excellent customer service on every job.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Appliance Installer to join our team. This role involves installing all types of household appliances—basic and professional series—including dishwashers, microwaves, ovens (gas and electric), ranges, refrigerators, laundry units, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures. Finish plumbing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Install appliances safely and accurately according to manufacturer specs and local code
• Perform basic finish plumbing and electrical connections
• Ensure all installations are complete, level, and functioning properly before leaving the job
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
• Keep detailed notes and photos for job documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work truck and workspace
• Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous appliance installation, finish plumbing, or related trade experience preferred
• Must have your own tools required to complete the job
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in tight spaces when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay range: $35,000–$150,000 annually depending on experience and performance
• Weekly pay (direct deposit or check)

• Company truck provided for work use only (pickup and drop-off at the shop daily)
• Company shirts and necessary supplies provided
• Consistent, year-round work and room for advancement

Schedule:

• Full-time position with routes typically running five days per week
• Schedule may vary depending on route assignments and account needs
• Some Saturdays required; Sundays are generally off

Probationary Period:

All new hires will serve a 90-day probationary period starting on their first day of employment. During this time, performance, attendance, and overall compatibility with company standards will be evaluated. Employment may be terminated at any time during the probationary period, with or without cause, as permitted under California’s at-will employment laws. The probationary period may be extended up to an additional 90 days if further evaluation is needed.
