Recruit and retain eligible student-athletes.
Assist the Head Coach in meeting designated roster goals, established by the Director of Athletics and the NJCAA.
Maintain knowledge of good practice pertaining to sport techniques, rules, and regulations.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, organizational ability, and teaching/coaching skills.
Work effectively as part of a team and build team relationships.
Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff, and student body.
