A nationally respected legal team is seeking a Litigation Attorney with strong experience in litigation and/or labor and employment. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who thrive in dynamic environments and are looking to work on sophisticated cases across a broad client base, from startups to major corporations.

About the Role:

This position involves managing a diverse litigation caseload, with a particular emphasis on labor & employment matters. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent advocacy and writing skills, comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Litigation Attorney Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate on case strategy and client communications
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and internal standards

Litigation Attorney Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in state of residence
• 3-8 years of litigation experience, with an interest in labor and employment
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively within a team
