We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Chiropractor to join our expanding multidisciplinary clinic in Sarasota, FL, where we integrate Medical, Chiropractic, and Physical Therapy care to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered treatment. Our team takes a holistic approach to wellness, combining Chiropractic Care with Physical Therapy, Trigger Point Injections, and Regenerative Medicine to support optimal recovery and long-term health. Established in 2009, our clinic has built a reputation for excellence and innovation in patient care and is now seeking a dedicated professional eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional, integrated healthcare to patients in the greater Sarasota-Bradenton area.

Required Skills:

• Strong adjusting skills and proficiency in a range of chiropractic techniques
• Ability to integrate physical therapy modalities and complementary therapies into patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve wellness
• Team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to collaboration in an integrated care environment
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a multidisciplinary practice

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality chiropractic care using a variety of evidence-based techniques
• Work closely with medical and therapy providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Design individualized treatment plans that promote healing and long-term wellness
• Educate patients on their conditions, progress, and preventive care strategies
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all patient encounters

Qualifications / Education / Experience:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution
• Active chiropractic license in the state of Florida
• Experience in an integrated or multidisciplinary setting preferred (but not required)
• Familiarity with physical therapy and regenerative medicine modalities is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and ongoing professional development

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary plus performance-based bonuses
• Base salary range between $85,000 to $100,000, depending on experience
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided
