About the Role

We are looking for an innovative, forward?thinking, and highly skilled ACD, Art to join our Accenture Song Creative team. A proactive, self?motivated, and inspirational candidate with solid visual design capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of how brands can express themselves across a brand ecosystem anchored on driving customer experience is desired. As part of an interdisciplinary agency team, you will concept and design solutions with strategy, developers/technologists, user experience designers, content strategists, writers, and studio production specialists.

Job Responsibilities

• Concept and direct ideas of the highest caliber.
• Expertly manage all facets of the production process: pre?production and post?production, working and collaborating with producers, directors, photographers.
• Lead a team of junior? and mid?level designers in an open and supportive way.
• Persuasively present work and own client interactions at all levels.
• Be self?sufficient and able to work proactively and independently when required, with minor support from Creative Directors.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in art direction for advertising or related fields.
• Portfolio of award?winning or breakthrough work.

Preferred Qualifications

• A keen eye for design and awareness of current trends in related fields.
• Ability to concept and execute ideas in many styles (comedy, drama, emotional, technical, etc.) across all media channels.

Compensation & Location

Annual salary range by region:

• California: $73,800 to $220,400
• Cleveland: $68,300 to $176,300
• Colorado: $73,800 to $190,400
• District of Columbia: $78,500 to $202,700
• Illinois: $68,300 to $190,400
• Maryland: $73,800 to $190,400
• Massachusetts: $73,800 to $202,700
• Minnesota: $73,800 to $190,400
• New York/New Jersey: $68,300 to $220,400
• Washington: $78,500 to $202,700
