Job Details Job Type: Unclassified Job Classification: 3001 - Attorney I Salary Grade: A2 Pay Range: $78,500 - $149,150 annually Salary offers are based on the candidate's experience and internal equity within the same job classification. Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct professional legal work in Public Defense Services offices, handling criminal and civil cases of entry to advanced levels. Prepare, defend, and resolve cases, working collaboratively with paralegals, social workers, and investigators. Represent indigent individuals in court, including felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, dependency, and other proceedings. Engage in negotiations, litigation, and advocacy tailored to each client's needs.
