Your specific duties will include: Assisting customer inquiries and requests regarding current accounts. Handling all types of branch customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, issuing bank checks, loan advances and payments, cash advances, and processing savings bonds. Processing new account transactions and cross-selling the bank's products and services to meet or exceed branch goals. Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying cross-sales opportunities. Educating customers on alternative banking channels and digital services. Performing daily check scanning, vault and ATM settlement, night drop deposits, and assisting with branch opening/closing procedures. Multitasking among various job roles to address service or transaction needs efficiently. Specific qualifications for the position include: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Bank Teller. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills. Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $21.29 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
