Salary: $20 / Hour Job Title: After-School Behavior Technician Location: Boys and Girls Club, Orange County, CA Work Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Shifts are available Monday through Friday. Pay Rate: $21/hour Job Description: We are looking for passionate and dedicated Instructional Aides to join our after-school program team. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities. + Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children's development + Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities. + Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in the program. + Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children. + Help children with homework and school assignments. + Provide tutoring and academic support as needed. + Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and behavior. + Participate in staff meetings and trainings. + Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility + Prepare and distribute snacks or meals following health and safety guidelines.
