We are expanding our Dumfries office and have an exciting opportunity for a professional and well–organised individual to join us as an Business Administrator. This is a key role within a growing team, ideal for someone who is methodical, confident in client‑facing situations, and committed to delivering high standards of service and support. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our Dumfries office, arranging appointments, greeting visitors, and managing incoming communications with professionalism and care. Provide essential administrative support to the wider team, including preparing correspondence, issuing invoices, filing records accurately, and maintaining confidentiality at all times. Collate client information working closely with partners and managers, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date. Demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support team growth within the role. Qualifications Experience in business support or administration.
