Job Title: Business Administrator (Part-Time) About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Administrator to support the operations of a small engineering firm. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing invoicing, proposals, scheduling, emails, and general admin tasks. If it’s a good fit, there’s potential to grow into a full-time position with benefits. Key Responsibilities Send end-of-month invoices and deposit requests (Accounts Receivable) Follow up with clients regarding past due payments Manage sub-consultant coordination and process vendor payments (Accounts Payable) Review and manage client proposals and contracts Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the owner Manage the owner’s calendar and schedule meetings Maintain organized records and assist with bookkeeping Support general administrative tasks and team coordination Requirements Experience in administrative, bookkeeping, or operations roles Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and email platforms Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills Experience supporting an engineering or professional services firm in a similar role Familiarity with small business operations Comfortable taking initiative and improving processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Demarrengineering
