Job Title: Call Center Agent (Mandarin & English Bilingual) Industry: Customer Service / Professional Services Location (city, state): Remote (U.S.–based) Assignment Type: 3-month contract with potential to extend Pay: $30–$32 per hour (commensurate with experience) Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Beijing time (8:00 PM–4:00 AM ET / 5:00 PM–1:00 AM PT) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a global organization that provides industry training, certification, and technical support services. Their team is seeking a bilingual customer service professional to assist Mandarin‑speaking clients with account and product inquiries. Job Description: This role supports international customers by responding to phone and email inquiries, resolving login or access issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Mandarin and English, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working overnight hours to align with Beijing business hours. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and emails in Mandarin and English, providing clear and professional assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve account access or login issues efficiently. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within a CRM system. Adhere to established service‑level standards for call response and email turnaround time. Generate weekly updates or activity summaries to support team performance reporting. Qualifications: Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) required. Previous experience in a call center, help desk, or customer service environment preferred. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and maintaining productivity during overnight shifts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems is a plus. Additional Details: This is a 3‑month contract role with the potential for extension based on performance and business need.
