The Chief of Medicine will play an integral role in the management, growth, and future direction of the Medicine Service at our growing 1A VAMC facility. The Medicine service at the Ralph H. Johnson VA includes Cardiology, Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Hospital Medicine, Nephrology, Pulmonology, and Rheumatology.
The Chief collaborates with other Service Chiefs and program managers in fulfilling their responsibilities.
