Lead operations for a $200M+ commercial roofing platform backed by private equity—with serious scale, real impact, and long-term wealth creation on the table.
Your Role
The COO will oversee national operations and work directly with the CEO and CFO to improve performance across the company.
You’ll manage and grow multi-location P&Ls, lead a team of company presidents, and support branch growth and integration of future acquisitions. This is a hands-on leadership role with travel to branches in the western U.S. (25-40% of the time).
