Responsibilities include:

-Create treatment plans

- Execute and direct patient care, including evaluation and treatment planning.

- Documentation/reporting and interpretation of treatment results.

-Creating patient specific goals and assessing outcomes.

- Supervise support staff and attend regular meetings regarding patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
