Our client, a leading manufacturer in the golf industry, is seeking a First Class Machinist to join their team. As a First Class Machinist, you will be part of the Engineering Technology department supporting production by fabricating parts and tooling for high-performance manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong blueprint reading skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Competitive – based on experience
What’s the Job?
Set up and operate manual machine tools such as lathes, Bridgeports, grinders, milling machines, saws, and drills
Fabricate parts and tooling cups based on specifications
Calculate dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments
Monitor and adjust machines during operation
Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to specifications
What’s Needed?
Minimum 3 years of experience in the machinist trade
Vocational school graduate in Machine Shop or Machine Tool Technology (or equivalent)
Strong blueprint reading and math skills
Proficient in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
