Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Understanding of human resource related laws and regulations. Understanding of general compensation philosophy and methodology for conducting market analysis. Ability to project a positive image for the university and effectively work as part of a team. Ability to adapt and embrace change. Ability to continuously learn and to pursue self-development through personal study, training and education. Strong analytical skills with attention to details. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality. Ability to research trends and make recommendations based on trends or change of State and/or Federal laws. Ability to take initiative to handle multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. A strong sense of urgency and ownership is required. Effective organizational, interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal). Proven project management skills, including relationship building and presentation skills.
