Construction Worker – Entry Level

Location: Chicagoland Area
Pay: $200–$300 per day (based on experience & performance)
Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Employment

Housing and Transportation provided at no cost

A family-owned and fast-growing company with over 27 years of success, transforming old, cracked surfaces into durable, beautiful floors in just one day. We are looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our installation team — no prior experience required. We provide training, tools, and opportunities for growth in the construction trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2-person crew installing high-performance concrete coatings.
• Load work van with tools and materials each morning.
• Prepare concrete surfaces using professional equipment (grinders, vacuums, etc.).
• Apply coating systems using proven installation techniques.
• Interact professionally with customers on-site.
• Take photos of completed work for quality control.
• Track materials used and complete basic documentation.
• Clean and organize tools, truck, and work areas daily.
• Collaborate with production leader to meet daily project goals.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (must operate company vehicles).
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with physical labor and working in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Ability to lead a small team or desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• English required; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
