The Consumer Team at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our team. This vertical focuses on several key areas: Branded Consumer Products and E-Commerce, including both upstream and downstream transactions. This position is based out of our New York, NY office.

Responsibilities:

• Supports senior bankers in transaction execution and client management
• Performs financial analysis and modeling
• Conducts industry research and business due diligence
• Participates in marketing efforts
• Develops client presentation materials

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment Banking
• Bachelor's Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)
• Sell side M&A experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
• Proven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materials
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic and organization skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines

Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.

Full-Time Salary Range

$175,000-$225,000 USD
