Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Content Designer who can support a customer facing portfolio specific to GenAI experiences. This role will be pivotal in supporting the Voice and Tone across chat bot experiences that consumers directly interact with, as well as shaping the strategy around content with design partners. While shaping the content strategy, this role will be guiding on copy and information architecture aligned to copy to make sure brand at the forefront. It is important that candidates are familiar with GenAI experiences because understanding how to shape content around them will be important for the day to day. The role will primarily be supporting designers and engineering stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of content design or content strategy experienceHands on experience with Figma and working experience of auto layout
Experience working in complex environments supporting both design and tech stakeholders
Working experience with Gen AI, chat bot or conversational consumer experiences
Experience creating a strategy roadmap for content within web and mobile applications
Strong experience aligning to Tone, Voice and Brand in an enterprise environment
Portfolio with content strategy or design examples
