Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Work Setting: Onsite (No remote option)
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Credentialing Specialist for an exciting job in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage provider credentialing processes including initial appointment, reappointment, and ongoing audits.
Oversee clinical privileging activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
Utilize MDStaff to conduct, update, and monitor credentialing files and background checks.
Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies, regulatory agencies, and internal standards.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date provider credentialing records.
Interpret credentialing regulations and apply them to daily operations.
Collaborate with internal departments to support timely provider onboarding.
Perform all tasks onsite and adhere to institutional guidelines.
Required Skills:
Credentialing and audit experience
Proficiency with MDStaff or similar credentialing software
Strong attention to detail and data integrity
Knowledge of healthcare credentialing standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent organization and communication skills
