Job Title: Data Scientist

Duties - Extract valuable insights from large datasets, building predictive models, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Gather data from various sources (internal databases, APIs, external vendors).
- Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into usable formats.
- Explore data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Visualize data using tools/packages like Tableau.
- Create relevant features for modeling.
- Handle missing data and outliers appropriately.
- Build and fine-tune machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting, etc.).
- Evaluate model performance using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models in production.
- Create data-driven reports and dashboards.
- Continuously monitor the execution and health of models within the process environment.
- May telecommute from anywhere in the United States.
- Requires less than 10% domestic travel.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or related field; plus 1 year of experience in job offered or similar occupation.
- Knowledge of R or Python, including SQL and machine learning tools (H2O, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow).
- Experience with data science modeling, statistics, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven business strategy.
