Digital Design Intern

Join Minitab's fast-paced Marketing & Creative Services team as a Digital Design Intern. In this cross-functional role, you'll contribute to visual and written content across campaigns, events, and digital channels. You'll gain hands-on experience with modern design tools, email marketing platforms, and applied AI in a collaborative, brand-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets (graphics, infographics, presentations, event materials)
• Collaborate on brand-aligned copywriting
• Support UI/UX with wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Create emails using HubSpot, Marketo; assist with CMS (AEM)
• Use Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Figma for design work
• Explore AI tools for concepting, layout, and content drafting
• Organize, package, and prep final assets
• Contribute creative research and fresh visual ideas

Qualifications

• College Senior in Graphic/Visual/Interaction Design or similar field
• Strong design fundamentals and portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe CC, Canva, Figma
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, AEM
• Interest in applied AI for design
• Basic copywriting skills

Preferred

• Passion for brand storytelling
• Knowledge of UX/accessibility
• Experience with motion design or HTML/CSS

This is an onsite position at our Chicago office and remote work is not an option.

Pursuant to the Illinois pay transparency laws, Minitab is posting the hourly compensation for this position. At the time of posting, the Illinois payrate is $18.00/hr.
