Job Description

Our client, a well-established leader in aftermarket solutions for mobile environments, is seeking a Director of Product Management, Aftermarket to join their leadership team.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Management, Aftermarket will lead strategic product planning and integrated B2B marketing efforts across the company’s product portfolio:

  • Lead and unify product management and marketing functions
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps
  • Manage product lifecycle from idea vetting to end-of-life
  • Oversee market analysis, product innovation, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution
  • Conduct competitive analysis & define and support marketing campaigns
  • Contribute strategic insight to M&A considerations and capability expansions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Business Development, and Program Management
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into actionable product and marketing strategies

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or product marketing within B2B technology or hardware sectors
  • Proven track record of driving both strategic direction and hands-on execution
  • Background in commercial vehicles, specialty electronics, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
