About the Role The Director of Quality, Risk Management, and Compliance provides leadership in developing a culture of safety, enhancing patient safety, and improving quality outcomes. The role oversees activities related to Quality Outcomes Management, Risk Management, Infection Prevention, and Patient Experience. Responsibilities Lead Risk Management, Quality Outcomes, and Infection Prevention departments to improve patient outcomes. Evaluate and redesign care systems to prevent errors. Implement systems supporting patient safety and manage incident investigations. Coordinate with facility leadership to promote a safe environment and manage behavioral safety issues. Manage complaints, participate in safety programs, and ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with legal and corporate teams on claims and litigation. Develop policies on claims processing and risk reduction strategies. Lead root cause analyses and ensure timely implementation of risk reduction measures. Maintain compliance policies and participate in regulatory surveys.
