JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. Lead, train, and manage spa staff including therapists, technicians, and front desk team members; support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. Develop and implement spa service standards, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and excellence. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor costs, inventory, and budget adherence; generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to drive bookings and retail sales. Ensure the spa maintains compliance with all safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements. Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly to maintain service excellence. Evaluate and recommend new treatments, products, and service offerings based on industry trends and guest feedback. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, wellness management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Experience with spa booking systems, inventory control, and budget management required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent customer service, conflict resolution, and communication abilities. Knowledge of spa services, products, trends, and guest service best practices. Proficiency in spa or hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong business acumen and analytical skills to track performance and drive results. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs dictate. * The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
