Job Description:
Responsible for the overall revenue cycle process from patient registration, insurance verification, and coding to billing, payment posting, and collections. Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific billing requirements. Manage relationships with insurance payers to negotiate contracts and ensure a timely response. Train and mentor revenue cycle staff ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards. Works closely with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to align revenue strategies with patient care.
