Job Description
A recognized company is actively seeking a new Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for Digital Process Automation development teams and PEGA, enabling effective sprint execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile maturity
- Track delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies
- Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience
- CSM or PSM
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, velocity, and team coaching
- Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and team health metrics
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience supporting Pega or Workflow Automation teams
- Experience in the Financial Services industry
