Electronic Technician

 
Shift/Hours:  Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm, Occasional Saturdays 
Pay Rate: $32-34/hr
Location:  Alleyton, TX
Experience: 5+ years

Job Overview
We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are looking for an Electronic Technician in Alleyton, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic systems on industrial machinery. The ideal candidate has proven experience troubleshooting and performing electrical repairs in a high paced manufacturing setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical problems using instrumentation and specialized tools.
• Perform repairs on motors, switches, automation systems, and wiring.
• Upgrade or rewire electrical panels and components
• Support maintenance team with welding, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using personal tools and expertise.
• Assist with PLC programming and related tasks

Skills:

• AAS or higher degree from vocational or technical school
• 8+ years in electronics and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with industrial equipment such as conveyors, silos, compressors, electrical motors, and circuits
• Familiarity with high and low voltage systems and conduits
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, SOPs, and work orders
• Proficiency in MS Office, CMM and PLC Software
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
