Since 2019, we have become a leading supplier of frac sand to oil and gas companies nationwide. We are currently looking for the right people to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for entry-level Wash Plant/Equipment Operators to monitor and operate machinery and equipment at our frac sand wash plant which includes our mine and our sand washing, and sizing facilities. This position may sometimes require you to operate heavy machinery. Training on the specific equipment utilized at our facilities will be provided. Your primary work location will be in Bainville, MT, with a new site scheduled to open in 2025 near Williston, ND.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation and maintenance of the frac sand wash plant, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. You will oversee equipment, conduct inspections, and help resolve issues to ensure efficient operations. A willingness to learn and work well with others is essential. Job type is full-time hourly with overtime.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate equipment used in the washing and processing of frac sand.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and address any maintenance needs or operational issues.
• Keep records of production and maintenance activities.
• Work with team members to improve production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Monitor water and chemical usage for compliance.
• Assist with construction projects as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to wash plant operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mechanically inclined with general knowledge of hand tools.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and do tasks like shoveling and climbing ladders/stairs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, 8-12-hr shifts, days or nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call, if needed.
• Ability to work in a plant environment with dust, noise, and fluctuating temperatures.
• Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
