The Role:

As an Entry-level Recruitment Consultant, you will go through our in-depth training program, which will teach you everything you need to know to be a great recruiter. In the beginning, you will learn how to qualify candidates through effective questioning, then transition into business development, where you will connect with high-level executives in the IT space. Overall, you will learn the entire process of recruitment from sourcing candidates, pulling jobs to placing candidates, and maintaining that relationship.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to find and connect with top talent for open roles, sending tailored messages and building solid relationships along the way
• Reach out directly to hiring managers via email or LinkedIn, introducing InterEx, showcasing what you bring to the table, and offering solutions that fit their needs
• Keep communication clear and consistent with both candidates and clients, whether thats through follow-up emails, quick calls, or regular check-ins
• Handle rejections professionally and stay flexible as client needs shift and evolve
• Use sales techniques to help candidates consider new opportunities they might not have thought about
• Build a strong personal presence on LinkedIn to boost visibility and attract both candidates and clients
