Job Title: Esthetician Position Summary: Award winning and luxury location, Zanya Spa Salon is seeking a licensed and passionate Esthetician to join our team of talented professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a range of skin and body treatments to our guests while helping them achieve their beauty and skin goals. Key Responsibilities: *Perform skin and body consultations to determine appropriate treatments, services and home care regimen. *Provide facials, peels, microdermabrasion, Hydra Facials, waxing and other skincare and body treatments. *Educate guests on proper skincare routines by recommending service plans and home care. *Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of our treatment room at all times. *Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge by attending company sponsored training. *Assist with product sales, recommendations and promotions. *Build and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business. *Excellent work ethic and passion for the industry. Qualifications: *Valid Esthetic or Cosmetology license as required by the State of New Jersey. *Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred. *Strong knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments. *Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with our guests. *Ability to work in a fast paced, upscaled environment, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. *Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings. *Passion for the beauty and skincare industry. Compensation: Full time employees receive paid vacations, contribution towards medical coverage, 401K savings plan, dental insurance and vision care plans available. Competitive hourly rates vs commission, paid education, and sick pay (per New Jersey law). Paid retail commission according to our internal guidelines.
