Position Overview

The Nurse Injector is responsible for providing injectable treatments—including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other cosmetic procedures—while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and a luxury-level experience. This role offers full schedule flexibility; injectors manage their own availability and operate as 1099 contractors within our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra/Radiesse, and other cosmetic services (based on training and certifications).
• Preference is given to candidates that have an established and loyal client base.
• Conduct thorough consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on options, expectations, and post-care.
• Maintain accurate patient charting and follow clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Provide high-quality, natural, and safe aesthetic outcomes aligned with our brand.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support patient flow and uphold treatment-room readiness.
• Attend occasional team trainings, workshops, or events.

Qualifications

• Must have an active NP or PA license.
• Previous injectable experience is required.
• Strong aesthetic eye, steady hands, and a passion for natural, subtle results.
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and patient-education skills.
