Passport Auto Group is seeking a proven, high-performing Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join one of the leading BMW dealerships in the DC Metro area. This is a high-volume, high-performance environment with an elite sales team, strong market share, and a loyal customer base. This role is ideal for an experienced closer who consistently delivers exceptional results and is ready to take their success to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance products with accuracy and confidence
• Maximize profit per deal while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensure deals are processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with regulations
• Work closely with the sales team to secure every opportunity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive terms

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an automotive F&I Manager (5+ preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of $200K+ annual earnings or equivalent results
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• In-depth knowledge of financing programs, compliance, and lender requirements
• Team-oriented, driven, and goal-focused
• Luxury/import experience preferred, but not required
