Internship Description
Our Technology Internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in software development, AI integration, CRM database management, and IT infrastructure within a financial services firm. Interns work closely with our technology team, contributing to process automation, cybersecurity measures, data visualization, and system improvements. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge financial and investment technologies while developing the technical skills needed to support an agile and innovative workplace.
You will also have the opportunity for shadowing, one-on-one mentoring, observation, and eventually project design and implementation.
What Youll Do
Build & test AI tools for workflow automation and client insights
Customize Salesforce CRM to make our operations smarter & faster
Work with cloud-based software & automation tools
Learn how cybersecurity keeps financial data safe
Pitch and develop your own tech-driven solutions
Engage in the development of new Financial Technologies as a software developer
What Were Looking For
A tech-curious problem solver ready to learn
Familiarity with Salesforce, AI tools, Python, Java, SQL, or similar is a plus
Interest in FinTech, AI, cloud computing, or data analytics
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player
