Insight Global Health is hiring a Remote Healthcare Recruiter to fill clinical positions, such as MA's, RNs, LPNs etc. The ideal candidate will come from a staffing agency or an in-house healthcare recruitment team that requires high-volume sourcing for clinical placements, both inbound and outbound recruitment.

 

Company Overview:

This telehealth organization specializes in health technology and provides remote patient monitoring to Medicare populations - specifically those with chronic illnesses (ex., Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, etc.). Patients use vital trackers for at-home use and relay information to providers for chronic care management.

 

 

Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm (EST, CST, or MST) Mon - Friday

 

Day-to-Day:

You'll be hiring clinicians for this remote organization that specializes in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring. You’ll use multiple sourcing platforms for inbound and outbound recruitment to hire MA’s, LPNs, Rns. You’ll be held to weekly and monthly metrics regarding candidates, interviews and placements made. Looking for someone who’s actively making 7-10 clinical placements per month in a current role.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Agency recruiter background or in-house healthcare recruiter experience most recently
• Clinical placements (MAs, LPN,s RNs etc) adhering to weekly and monthly metrics
• 3+ years of current clinical healthcare high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Remote experience 7-10 placements per month
• Remote work experience
