Compensation: $50 - $55 per hour

Are you passionate about inspiring students to excel in math and preparing them for college and meaningful careers? We’re excited to invite a dedicated High School Math Teacher to join our vibrant network of public charter schools in Milwaukee for the 2025-2026 school year!

Who We’re Looking For:

• A licensed or soon-to-be licensed Wisconsin educator with a Bachelor’s degree
• Experienced in teaching math, preferably in urban school settings
• Skilled at creating engaging, rigorous lessons that prepare students for college-level work
• A strong classroom manager who fosters respect, responsibility, and a positive learning culture
• Committed to building meaningful relationships with students and their families
• Eager to grow professionally through ongoing coaching and collaboration
• Tech-savvy and comfortable integrating technology into daily instruction

Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality math instruction that challenges and supports every student
• Guide and advise small groups of students, helping them set and achieve academic goals
• Collaborate with instructional coaches and colleagues to refine teaching strategies
• Use data-driven approaches to personalize learning and track student progress
• Maintain clear, timely communication with students, families, and the school community
• Uphold our school’s standards for academic excellence, behavior, and community values
• Ensure a safe, welcoming classroom environment where all students can succeed
