  Job Summary

We’re looking to hire a hard-working janitor/porter who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our recurring clients and one-time clients. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, shampooing carpets, and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, and experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. We are looking for Commercial Cleaners or Janitors for work in Calabasas, the greater Los Angeles, CA areas. This position will require traveling with a fluid schedule based on company jobs.

  Responsibilities 

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our client's facilities
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, empty trash cans, etc
• Clean windows, shampoo carpets, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
• Write reports of areas cleaned, extra services needed and notify the manager of major repairs

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5-7 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE
• Experience with Strip & Wax, Tile & Grout cleaning, pressure washing, etc
• Own equipment and tools is preferred but not required.
• Must be legal to work in the US.
• Must have own transportation to be able to go to multiple job locations a day.
• Must be professional, responsible, and reliable.
• Must have experience.
• Must communicate with the office by email, text, and call during work hours.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Ability to get more people for big jobs

  Schedule  

• 5 days a week, Monday- Friday between 5-8 hours. May include additional jobs.
• Available to work on Saturdays (additional jobs)
