Human Resources Coordinator

Addison Group is partnering with a well-regarded organization in the Washington, DC area to find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a hybrid work environment.

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department by managing internal and external HR inquiries, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance
  • Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records and ensure compliance with employment requirements
  • Support managers in performance management and review processes

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
