Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning is currently hiring for a HVAC Sales Lead Generator, with Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, to find potential clients and set up appointments for sales representatives in the West Chester, OH area. This inside sales and customer service position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $24 per hour plus bonuses !

DAY-TO-DAY

The work hours for this inside sales position are very flexible. Lead generators must be available to visit retail stores during peak hours between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM . Attendance at marketing events is also required.

As a HVAC Sales Lead Generator, you are responsible for helping the team meet goals and increase productivity along with profitability. You ensure that your team is collecting leads in an efficient and timely manner as well as following those leads. Whenever you've found a qualified lead, you set up an appointment and the inside sales team takes it from there. Your efforts are important to the sales team, and they appreciate your work! You make their lives a lot easier. Lead generation is your expertise, and you enjoy finding people to help! By finding leads, you help possible clients get the HVAC services they need. Meeting new people and building a great rapport with customers is a plus!
