Consumer interest is high—homeowners want to beat inflation, reduce their carbon footprint, and mitigate climate-related issues affecting traditional electrical supply. Company: Momentum Solar, a national leader in residential rooftop solar installation, founded in 2009, operating in 8 states. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, avoiding subcontractors, and maintaining best-in-class cycle times. Support: You will have the backing of lead procurement, scheduling, operations, design & engineering, permitting, roofing, site assessment, installation teams, referral services, and a cutting-edge training division to develop your skills. For you:

• 175,000 annual income (uncapped multi-faceted compensation plan) including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
• 10,000 sign-on bonus within the first 90 days, with $1,000 earned upon completing Momentum Sales University.

Up to a $15,000 annual production bonus. 5-day work week (industry standard is 6+ days). Reduced weekend hours. Numerous career advancement opportunities. W-2 employment with full benefits.
