Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Apprentice Industrial Painters for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $18-23/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed

• Use spray guns to apply two-part polyurethane paint with even coverage and high-quality finish

• Adjust spray gun settings and pressure (up to 65 psi) to match product specifications

• Perform touch-ups and repairs to maintain product standards

• Monitor paint supplies and equipment, reporting any malfunctions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper storage of materials

Requirements;

• • Minimum 2 years of experience using a two-part polyurethane spray gun (up to 65 psi)

  • Able to Pass a Drug Screen, Background Check, and Pre-Employment Physical

  • Pass Competency and spray tests

  • Flexibility with day-to-day tasks and ability to stay late for rush jobs as needed

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills

  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Automotive painting experience (25–45 psi) is a plus

  • Ability to perform shop math and measurements per customer specs

  • Prior manufacturing or industrial painting experience preferred

• Ajustar los parámetros de la pistola (hasta 65 psi) según las especificaciones del producto

• Realizar retoques y reparaciones para mantener los estándares de calidad del producto

• Supervisar los niveles de pintura y el funcionamiento del equipo, informando cualquier falla

• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura, incluyendo el almacenamiento adecuado de materiales

Requisitos:

• • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia utilizando pistola de pintura de poliuretano de dos componentes (hasta 65 psi)

  • Capacidad para aprobar prueba de drogas, verificación de antecedentes y examen físico pre-empleo

  • Aprobar pruebas de competencia y aplicación con pistola

  • Flexibilidad para realizar diferentes tareas diarias y disponibilidad para quedarse horas extra en trabajos urgentes

  • Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas, capacidad de diagnóstico y trabajo en equipo

  • Altamente motivado, con excelente atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación
