Job Summary As a Sales Specialist, youll market, prospect, and sell American Family Insurance products across all product lines. Youll build strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and match them with the right products and services. Youll also promote brand awareness through agency and community involvement. A minimum requirement of 2 days of in office work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Grow the agency using consultative selling techniques to help new customers protect what matters most
• Proactively cross-sell and coordinate with team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers
• Prospect for new business through leads, calls, networking events, trade shows, and personal contacts (including COI, social media, B2B/B2C networks, and sales lead groups)
• Prepare quotations and applications, delivering effective presentations to close sales

• Proven sales experience with a track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
