What You’ll Do:
Generate new business through inbound leads, networking, and referrals
Develop lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service
Educate clients on insurance solutions tailored to their needs
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to agency success
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Previous sales experience is a plus — but not required
Must currently hold or be able to obtain a state insurance license ( Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or Personal Lines )
