Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions across diverse industries.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence .
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting .
• Contribute to deal origination efforts and maintain strong client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of direct investment banking experience (M&A or Capital Markets focus preferred).
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation .
• Ability to thrive in a lean team structure and manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ties to Minneapolis (currently based or willing to relocate due to personal/professional connections).
