Position Summary:
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be an integral part of the healthcare services team, supporting the execution of complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic advisory engagements, and capital raising initiatives. You will work closely with senior bankers and clients, gaining exposure to high-impact transactions and developing deep expertise in the healthcare vertical. Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, such as financial modeling and valuations.
• Conducting extensive industry, market and company-specific research.
• Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.

Investment Banking Associate should have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of Investment Banking experience, ideally with a focus on M&A.
• Proven track record of closed transactions.
• Strong interest or background in the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
