Title: IT Release Manager Location: Portland, OR / Tualatin, OR Duration: 6 Months Note: We have two openings for both locations. Required job skills: Release and Deployment (RELM): Leads the assessment, including risk assessment, analysis, planning, and design of release packages. Liaises with business and IT partners on release scheduling and communication of progress. Conducts post-release reviews. Ensures release processes and procedures are applied. Change Management (CHMG): Develops implementation plans for complex requests for change. Evaluates risks to the integrity of the service environment, including availability, performance, security, and compliance of impacted business services. Seeks authority for activities and reviews the effectiveness of change implementation. Leads assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes based on requests for change. Relationship Management (RLMT): Identifies communication needs of stakeholder groups in conjunction with business owners and subject matter experts. Translates communication and stakeholder engagement strategies into specific tasks. Facilitates open communication between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact. Develops and maintains stakeholder engagement strategies and plans. Negotiates with senior stakeholders, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
