Location: New York, New York (Remote)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 43 per hourWe are looking for an outstanding individual to support our Data Curation team as an Italian Language Data Curator. Over the course of this project, the team is responsible for reviewing the accuracy and quality of search results and music recommendations that power multiple features for our client. You'll work in web-based applications we've developed to annotate and analyze data. Fluent Italian is required, along with deep knowledge of Italian music and music culture. While no coding or development experience is necessary, a strong capacity for continuous learning is essential. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for accuracy. This position is fully Remote.Responsibilities: Work in a field focused on data quality and accuracy. Validate search results and music recommendations with a focus on Italian language and culture. Evaluate the quality of model iterations as they evolve. Apply established guidelines to your daily workflow. Contribute to process improvements that reduce handling time and increase efficiency. Collaborate closely with a small team dedicated to data integrity and recommendation quality. Qualifications: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both Italian and English. Possess a deep understanding of Italian music and culture. Stay up to date with local trends and the evolving musical landscape. Efficient, accurate, and consistently productive. Adaptable to shifting specifications and evolving workflows. Passionate about enhancing listening experiences for users. Comfortable working independently or as part of a collaborative team. Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling data. Curious about how language and music influence one another. Proficient with GSuite tools (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Meet). Familiar with other audio content formats such as podcasts and audiobooks.
