Were seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our passionate team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing strategy, and nonprofit outreach ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to grow a career in mission-driven marketing.
As a Junior Marketing Associate , youll work closely with the Operations Manager to support and execute nonprofit events and outreach campaigns. Youll gain valuable experience in event logistics, community engagement, and brand representation while making a real difference.
Assist in planning and executing live nonprofit events and promotional marketing campaigns
Represent charitable organizations at events, delivering outstanding customer service and building public interest
Engage with donors and supporters to build long-term relationships
Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth event operations
Participate in ongoing training in event management, public speaking, and brand strategy
Identify opportunities to increase event efficiency and expand community outreach
12 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is a plus (not required)
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (but open to all backgrounds)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in team-based environments
Coachable and excited to learn and grow professionally
Passionate about nonprofit work, community service, and social causes
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
